1. Who we are
StayySorted is a student accommodation advisory service. We help international students find and secure verified housing across the UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Ireland and Europe. Our advisory support is free for students. Accommodation costs and any property charges are separate and payable to the property provider.
2. Our service
StayySorted provides:
- Access to property listings sourced from our verified partner network
- Personalised accommodation recommendations based on your preferences
- Guidance through the enquiry and booking process
- Support via WhatsApp and email
We act as an intermediary. We are not a landlord, letting agent, or property manager. Contracts for accommodation are between you and the property provider.
3. Our fees
StayySorted's advisory support is provided free of charge to students. We earn referral fees from property partners when bookings are made through our recommendations. This does not affect the price you pay for accommodation.
4. Accuracy of listings
We take reasonable steps to ensure listings are accurate and properties are verified. However, availability, pricing, and property details can change. Always confirm current details directly with the property before making payment.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry
- Review all property contracts before signing
- Verify visa and immigration requirements independently
- Make accommodation payments directly to property providers, not to StayySorted
6. Limitation of liability
StayySorted is not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of any property we recommend; disputes between you and a property provider; or any indirect loss arising from use of our service. We recommend purchasing appropriate travel and accommodation insurance.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
